5 days to soak up in these complementary disciplines that will lead you to being centered, listening to yourself and to go beyond your limits.
We will be staying in a magnificent French Provencal Bastide with a swimming pool where we will be practicing static and dynamic Apnea and practice Yoga on its beautiful deck.
The deep Freediving part will take place in the Cassis and La Ciotat Calanques.
Limited to 10 pax maximum.
Price : 1050.- including your Freediving certification, Yoga, food and double room accommodation.
