The workshops dedicated to Chakra exploration are still taking place.
This time we will see how to connect to Ajna Chakra the 3rd eye.
As usual, there will be a theoretical introduction and then a set of postures that will enable you to connect physically and energetically to Ajna and we will end the session with Pranayamas and meditations that will help you activate and experience it.
