From an early age, Laurent has been driven by a deep passion for nature and extreme sports.<\/p>

His unconventional journey has led him to explore mountain peaks, ocean depths, and the human mind, shaping a life rich in experiences and learning.<\/p>

In 1998, Laurent embarked on a multi-year journey through the Himalayas, backpack on his shoulders, to discover new horizons and immerse himself in different cultures. During this adventure, he was introduced to Hatha Yoga and meditation, disciplines that would become the pillars of his personal growth. He participated in numerous spiritual retreats in Ladakh and Nepal, deepening his connection with spirituality and mindfulness.<\/p>

Upon returning to Europe, Laurent dedicated his energy to helping others by teaching martial arts and weapons handling to protection specialists. He also oversaw their physical training while working as a personal protection agent.<\/p>

In 2009, he decided to follow a new path and earned his teaching certification at the Shanti School of Yoga in India, under the guidance of Swami Sajeevan Arakal Manoharan. This training marked a turning point in his life: Laurent then chose to fully dedicate himself to his passions for scuba diving and Yoga.<\/p>

He founded a dive club in the Philippines, where he enthusiastically taught recreational diving, technical diving, freediving, and Yoga. For several years, he shared his expertise and unique vision of well-being with people from all over the world.<\/p>

In 2015, Laurent returned to Switzerland, created Pure Motivation<\/em>, and further expanded his expertise by training as an energy therapist and an Ironman Coach. With a constant interest in meditation, movement, and self-discovery, he developed comprehensive approaches to help individuals reconnect with the Earth, their bodies, and their breath.<\/p>

Today, Laurent passionately shares his love for nature, sports, and personal development through a wide range of activities: scuba diving, freediving, Yoga, sports coaching, holistic treatments, meditation workshops, and immersive retreats. His journey, deeply rooted in exploration and fulfillment, inspires those who cross his path to dive into their own depths\u2014whether within themselves or beneath the surface of the ocean.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
