An approach enriched by 12 years in Asia
My journey has been deeply influenced by the 12 years I spent in Asia, where I had the chance to meet therapists and practitioners from diverse traditions:

- Ayurvedic doctors in India
- Traditional Chinese doctors in Hong Kong and Singapore
- Filipino faith healers
These encounters transformed my view of therapy, leading me to consider each person in their entirety – body, mind, and energy. This led me to pursue various training courses to humbly contribute to the well-being of others.
